At Zia Collection, we offer premium jewelry and dress rentals for special occasions. Please read our rental policy carefully before placing a rental order. We currently serve customers in the United States and Canada only.
For security purposes, the full retail price of the rental item must be paid as a security deposit at the time of booking. This protects both parties and ensures the item is handled with care.
The deposit amount is clearly displayed on each rental item's page and is non-negotiable.
Once your rental item is returned and our team completes a thorough inspection:
✓ Item in good condition: Your security deposit will be refunded minus the rental fee within 5-7 business days after inspection.
✓ Minor wear: Normal wear from single-event use is expected and acceptable. Refund processed as normal.
If the item is returned damaged, stained, torn, missing parts, or in a condition significantly different from when it was sent, the full security deposit will be retained. No refund will be issued.
Examples of damage include but are not limited to:
• Broken clasps, missing stones, bent components (jewelry)
• Stains, tears, burns, alterations, or permanent odors (dresses)
• Missing items from a set (e.g., missing earring, dupatta, belt)
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
We document the condition of every item with photographs before shipping and after return. These records serve as evidence in any dispute.
Items must be dropped off for return shipping by the end of your rental period. Late returns will incur a $5.00 per day late fee, deducted from your security deposit before refund.
If the item is not returned within 7 days past the rental end date, it will be considered lost and the full deposit will be retained.
Our rental service is currently available only within the United States and Canada. We ship to all 50 US states, DC, and all Canadian provinces/territories.
Shipping is handled via insured courier service with full tracking. Return shipping labels are prepaid and included with your rental.
We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal for rental orders. The breakdown of charges:
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your rental start date — full refund including deposit.
Cancellation within 48 hours of rental start: rental fee is non-refundable, deposit is returned.
No cancellation after the item has been shipped.
By placing a rental order on Zia Collection, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms outlined in this rental policy. This agreement is binding for the duration of your rental period.
